Week 9 Thing 23
After learning about all of the online tools for instruction, my head is spinning with the possibilities! I wish the summer was longer so that I could prepare more for the upcoming school year! I definitely will use Glogster and Dropbox. Of course, Edmodo has already been so helpful with the online Communities. Now I must sit down and plan out how to incorporate all of these fantastic resources for teaching in my curriculum!

Cool! Students can create dialogues, skits, and conversations over a variety of scenarios! No more shyness in front of peers or problems with absent group members/partners! The Spanish 'voice' feature is great! I prefer GoAnimate to Storybird as the latter seems more geared toward elementary age. Week 8 Thing 21

Week 5 Thing 12
Advanced Google Searching: Great way to seach and access presentations already made for specific instruction and thereby, saving alot of time. Also, foreign language sources can be accessed and translated and thereby, give the students insight into the culture and current events of the target country. Specific searches can be made without all of the 'cyber-junk' that shows up in a regular search!
